What levels do you offer?

We take students at all levels. From students who have never played a single note, to those who may have been gigging for years but are looking to fill in gaps in the knowledge and skills.

At what age can my child start lessons?

Every child is different but we recommend that children should be at least five years old to begin. Their attention span and interest play a big role in determining their readiness.

How long and how frequent are lessons?

We offer 30, 45, and 60 minute weekly lessons.

Do I need my own instrument to start lessons?

Having your own instrument to practice on is certainly ideal but making the commitment to buying an instrument is not always possible. That is why we offer rentals on instruments to make it possible to get started before making the plunge.

How long does it take to learn an instrument?

There is no real answer to how long it takes to an instrument as every student learns at a different pace. With consistent practice students can reach a basic playing level within a few months although most students continue for years because they want to continue improving and they enjoy the lessons.

What is your missed lesson policy?

As a courtesy to your instructor, we ask that you please inform us 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time of an impending absence. Within that window, the cost of the lesson will be forfeit.

What if a teacher misses a lesson?

If an instructor ever has to miss a lesson for any reason, the school will do everything we can to reschedule your lesson or book a substitute teacher for that lesson. If the lesson can not be rescheduled, a credit will be added to your account for a later make up.
